Refund policy

We want you to love what you take home from Stringfield Yarn Collective. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

General Guidelines

• Store credit only (no refunds) is offered for eligible returns.

• A receipt or order number is required.

• All items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Please contact us before sending items back so we can assist you.

Yarn 

• Yarn: Must be unused, unwound, and in original packaging. Returns accepted within 45 days for store credit.

Other Items

• Craft kits, embroidery supplies, equipment, socks, and similar items: May be returned within 30 days for store credit.

• Books, patterns, magazines, gift cards, special orders, and sale items: Final sale – not returnable.

Classes

• Cancel within 48 hours of registration to receive a full refund.

• Cancel any time after that, up to 48 hours before class to receive store credit.

• If Stringfield cancels a class, you’ll receive a full refund.

Refund Method

• Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a digital gift card for the eligible amount.
