Learn to Knit a Hat Class October 11, 2026 and October 18, 2026 12pm - 1:30pm

This 4 hour course will be taught in a group setting over 2 sessions.  Students will be expected to be proficient in basic knit, purl and casting on. 

You will learn a cast on appropriate for ribbing, how to join and knit in the round, and how to decrease. You will receive a hat pattern suitable for a beginner skill level.

Supplies Needed - Bring or purchase approximately 200 yards of worsted weight yarn, a 16 inch circular needle in size 8 AND either double points/longer circular to magic loop also in size 8.
